My pole journey began in 2017, but for many years everything revolved around tricks and pole as a sport. Deep down, I always felt drawn to Exotic Flow, yet I constantly doubted myself and never felt good enough to truly dance.

At one point, I experienced a complete pole breakdown. Tricks no longer brought me joy, but I also could not stand watching myself dance because my expectations of myself were so high.

Gentle Method became my first truly consistent Exotic Pole phase. Through the process, I began to understand that the key lies in repetition — in dancing movements again and again until they settle into the body and become part of it.

One of the most transformative realizations was understanding that dance is not about perfectly imitating other artists, but about creating movements that feel natural and grow out of your own flow.

During Gentle Method, I created my very first freestyles and eventually my very first choreography.

For the first time, I truly feel comfortable when I dance, feeling myself.

This choreography touched something inside me and changed something within me. I still see my mistakes, but now I see them as part of my journey — and I feel excited to keep growing.
